Our Story
“ Fortune favors the bold ”
- Ancient Roman Proverb
Paul Fitzpatrick came home from his 18 ½ year prison sentence with a newfound passion for helping others. He would soon begin his career in the nonprofit sector where he would be introduced to his mentor, Bill Denihan, who would mold and shape him into a leader, a public servant, and an overall better person – both in his professional and personal life.
Using his education and lived experiences, Paul began to notice gaps in the nonprofit sector regarding the longevity and effectiveness of resources and services available to the justice-involved population.
Paul created CleveLawn&Home with the guidance of Bill to help those who face employment barriers become self-sufficient and achieve long-term success. CleveLawn&Home was established under the belief that success/progress does not have an end date, and neither shall the programs helping restored citizens.
CleveLawn&Home employs and trains hard-to-hire individuals on a full-time basis, giving them the tools and skills needed to maintain a life-long career. In collaboration with our community partners, CleveLawn&Home serves as a vessel of resources to ensure that our employees are housed, clothed, and fed. We understand the needs of the community and are dedicated to helping others overcome their battles with addiction, the criminal justice system, and the effects of poverty.
